In this 60 minute 1:1 Zoom session, you’ll be gently guided through a trauma-informed breathwork experience designed to help you release emotional weight, shift stored trauma, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to silence just to survive.
Breathwork is one of the most powerful healing tools we have, especially after toxic relationships, emotional burnout, or years of being in fight-or-flight.
Through conscious, rhythmic breathing, this session will help you:
- Let go of emotional pain, tension, or trauma still held in your body
- Move stagnant energy caused by stress, heartbreak, or suppression
- Regulate your nervous system and feel safe in your body again
- Reconnect with your inner self - the one that’s been buried under survival
- Open space for clarity, calm, and deep emotional release
After your breath session, we’ll finish with gentle integration, space to share anything that came up, and I’ll support you intuitively through what you're processing. Whether it’s clarity, guidance, or simply being witnessed. This part of the session helps ground your experience and make sense of what moved through you.
