This is a 60-minute 1:1 Zoom breathwork session where you’re fully supported, guided, and held through whatever your body is ready to release.
Breathwork works at a level talking simply can’t reach.
It allows the body to let go of what it’s been carrying quietly for years, stress, grief, trauma, shock, suppression, emotional overload.
ABOUT THE SESSION
Through guided, conscious breathing, we work directly with your nervous system and body to help you:
- Release emotional pain and stored stress
- Move energy that’s been stuck or suppressed
- Calm your nervous system and reduce overwhelm
- Feel grounded, clear, and present in your body
- Create space for emotional release without needing to relive your story
After the breathwork, we take time to integrate.
You’re not rushed off the call. We talk through what came up, what your body released, and what you might need moving forward. I support you intuitively through whatever you’re processing, sometimes that’s clarity, sometimes reassurance, sometimes just being seen and understood.
You don’t need prior experience.
